What is this content going to be?
If you landed here, you might be wondering what you are getting into. Or, what you could be getting into.

For a while now, I have referred to myself as a customer data usefulness enthusiast. I am still sorting out exactly what that means to me, but at the high level it goes something like:

  1. Be thoughtful about customer data always and forever. Not all customer data is useful customer data.
  2. Understand how and when customer data can be separated into business data, so that it may remain useful.
